Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sand Drier to operate and maintain sand drying equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality dry sand for various applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sand drying processes and equipment operation, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sand drying process to ensure timely production.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Make necessary adjustments to drying equipment settings based on moisture levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions as they arise.
• Work closely with the production team to meet operational goals.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Assist in the procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding dust control.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certification in manufacturing processes is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is beneficial.
