We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial processes and systems, eager to implement new strategies to improve operational efficiency. This position requires analytical skills to assess current systems and identify areas for enhancement. You will work collaboratively with other engineering teams, contributing to design and implementation of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, productivity data, and equipment performance records.
• Implement improvements in manufacturing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Conduct time studies to better understand production efficiency.
• Optimize inventory management processes.
• Train staff on new procedures and best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles
