Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Conduct time studies to better understand production efficiency.
• Optimize inventory management processes.
• Train staff on new procedures and best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles
