Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects in Johannesburg. This position requires a proactive individual who can lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and key results.
• Manage project resources and assign tasks to team members.
• Conduct regular project inspections and adapt project plans accordingly.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project goals.
• Ensure project compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Lead change management processes as required.
• Optimise processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or relevant field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience with proven track record of successful projects
