Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Machinist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machining processes and a keen eye for detail, capable of fabricating and maintaining precision tools, dies, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Create and repair complex dies and molds using advanced machining techniques.
• Program and operate CNC machines for precision components.
• Perform root cause analysis on tooling failures and recommend solutions.
• Keep accurate records of all tooling modifications and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the tool room.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified Toolmaker or Engineer

Experience

• 5+ years experience in the tool and die industry.

Technical Skills

• Milling and Lathe Operations
• Material Properties Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
