We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on environmental regulations, conduct audits, and help our clients implement sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess the environmental impact of various projects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for project success.
• Implement environmental monitoring and reporting systems.
• Provide expert advice on sustainability practices.
• Prepare compliance documentation for regulatory bodies.
• Train staff on environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct field studies to collect environmental data.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies.
• Continuously improve internal processes for environmental consulting.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of environmental trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or related roles
