Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Administrator in Pretoria to oversee daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the hospital's operational budget and expenditures.
  • Coordinate hospital activities and schedules.
  • Oversee compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance patient care quality.
  • Train and mentor administrative staff.
  • Develop community outreach programs to improve health awareness.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure efficient hospital information systems.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance.
  • Manage crisis situations and implement solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Administration is advantageous
