Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and execute powerful marketing strategies, enhance our online presence, and drive customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for overseeing our marketing team, managing budgets, and utilizing analytics to inform your decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing planning and execution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
• Monitor online metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Organize promotional events and activities to drive engagement.
• Engage in A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages.
• Identify opportunities for cross-promotions with other brands.
• Work with graphic designers and videographers to create compelling visuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management
