We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a knack for creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
• Manage restaurant reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts and set performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and food safety regulations.
• Lead team meetings and communicate updates and objectives clearly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Advanced diploma or degree in Restaurant Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a management role within a restaurant
