As an Environmental Consultant with Green Solutions Ltd in Durban, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their environmental challenges. Your expertise will help organizations develop sustainable practices that comply with regulations while enhancing their operational efficiency. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct environmental assessments, create management plans, and provide solutions that promote ecological balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform site assessments and environmental audits for clients.
• Analyze data to identify environmental risks and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for environmental policy compliance.
• Assist in the development of environmental training materials.
• Liaise with environmental agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Lead workshops and information sessions for clients and community groups.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging environmental issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Professional accreditation in environmental consulting is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in an environmental consultancy role
