Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, providing timely responses to user requests.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across various platforms.
• Support the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials for system upgrades or new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in IT support
