Job Description

As a Remote IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to support for our clients, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues. Your role involves working with various clients, diagnosing their computer issues, and ensuring they receive a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support within the company.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal and external clients.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and IT issues.
  • Provide insights on improving user experience with technology.
  • Prepare reports on common issues for further analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in IT or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer technical support
