Job Description

The Hub Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of our hub facility. You will ensure efficient processing of all inbound and outbound packages, ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff scheduling to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team dynamics.
  • Ensure all shipments meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory.
  • Drive initiatives for operational excellence.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset throughout the team.
  • Develop SOPs for various logistics processes.
  • Create a positive work environment that encourages team contribution.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in managing a logistics hub or warehouse setting is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of logistics software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Languages
  • English: Fluent
