Job Description

Join our team as a Project Manager in Cape Town, where you will be responsible for steering project direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Direct the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Evaluate and analyze project performance metrics.
  • Establish project governance and ensure each phase meets quality standards.
  • Identify and document project requirements and changes.
  • Engage in conflict resolution and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • MBA is advantageous
