Responsibilities

  • Administer psychological tests and interpret results.
  • Provide guidance and education to clients and their families.
  • Develop community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
  • Engage in research initiatives related to mental health.
  • Mentor interns and junior staff in therapeutic skills and practices.
  • Assist in policy development to improve mental health services.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • PhD in Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical settings
Technical Skills
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Family Therapy

Certifications
  • Registered Clinical Psychologist
  • Additional CPD certifications are beneficial
