Responsibilities
Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Manage stock levels and minimize wastage.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
Engage with customers to maximize their shopping experience.
Enforce store policies and procedures effectively.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
Collaborate with management to plan store events and promotions.
Conduct performance reviews and set staff objectives.
Monitor competitor activities and report trends to management.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory role
