• Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Engage with customers to maximize their shopping experience.
• Enforce store policies and procedures effectively.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Collaborate with management to plan store events and promotions.
• Conduct performance reviews and set staff objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and report trends to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
• Sales Management Proven experience managing sales teams and driving results.
• Inventory Management Experience in managing stock levels efficiently.
• Customer Service Skills Exceptional skills in providing top-notch customer service.
• Leadership Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide a team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Point of Sale systems: Familiarity with various POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
