Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to manage staff effectively, drive store sales, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Engage with customers to maximize their shopping experience.
• Enforce store policies and procedures effectively.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Collaborate with management to plan store events and promotions.
• Conduct performance reviews and set staff objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and report trends to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory role
