Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Environmental Risk Specialist who is passionate about sustainability and impressed by scientific approaches to mitigate environmental risks. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, conducting risk assessments, analysing environmental data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess environmental risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues.
• Conduct field studies and collect environmental samples for analysis.
• Work with governmental bodies regarding compliance matters.
• Create and maintain databases to track environmental data.
• Lead training sessions on compliance and environmental practices.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings of environmental assessments.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers on environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance or risk assessment
