Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be tasked with coordinating and monitoring clinical trials in line with industry regulations and guidelines. Working in Durban, you will contribute to significant medical research that paves the way for new therapies and improvements in patient care. The role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, ensuring that trials run efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of investigative treatments to ensure protocol adherence.
  • Monitor participant safety and adverse events, reporting any concerns immediately.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with database managers to ensure efficient data collection.
  • Prepare periodic reports that outline trial status and progress.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for clinical research initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research management
