We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial services.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital raising strategies and financial structuring.
• Conduct due diligence and analysis for potential transactions.
• Prepare pitch books and client proposals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities for clients in the market.
• Foster partnerships to enhance firm visibility and client base.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
