Job Description

We are on the hunt for an HR Manager with a proven track record in human resources management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Ideally, you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Develop metrics to assess and improve employee engagement.
  • Maintain knowledge of current HR practices and compliance issues.
  • Advise leadership on HR issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Support diversity and inclusion strategies within the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for HR services and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
