Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our training efforts to foster a learning culture. You will collaborate with department heads to create effective training programs that align with business goals and ensure workforce readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assess the learning needs of employees through surveys and focus groups.
• Create multimedia training content using modern instructional design methods.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Monitor and report training outcomes to determine impact on workplace performance.
• Work with external training providers to enhance training offerings.
• Contribute to improvement strategies based on training feedback.
• Design succession planning initiatives to support career development.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training administration.
• Foster partnerships with local educational institutions for talent development.
• Encourage peer mentoring and coaching among employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
