You will oversee administrative functions, manage patient records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency in healthcare delivery.
  • Manage schedules for healthcare providers and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain effective health information systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives across the facility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
