We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics processes in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of supply chain dynamics and be able to enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Implement and oversee supply chain logistics to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure material availability.
Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the supply chain.
Maintain accurate supply chain documentation for audits.
Track and analyze shipment performance and logistics costs.
Participate in cross-functional team projects to enhance overall operations.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in our logistics processes.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for supply chain operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
Experience
3+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
