Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skein Bander to join our team. The Skein Bander will be responsible for efficiently operating machinery to band and package skeins of yarn. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the skeins are properly banded and packaged according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor skein banding machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished skeins and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and challenges.
• Maintain an orderly workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Training in Textile Manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in operating skein banding machinery is highly advantageous.
