Food Batchmaker

Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Food Batchmaker to join our vibrant production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for blending different types of honey to create consistent quality and unique flavors that our customers love. Responsibilities

• Conduct blending operations to meet product specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of honey products.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide input for new product development efforts.
• Collaborate with quality assurance for product testing.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Honey blending experience
• Familiarity with food safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a quality control role: Familiarity with quality assurance processes in food production.
• Knowledge of honey varieties and their properties: Experience with different honey types is beneficial.
