Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Specialist who will be at the forefront of our educational initiatives. In this role, you will evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust learning strategies accordingly, making sure our staff are continuously expanding their skill sets in an evolving workplace.

• Evaluate and leverage technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Administer learning management systems to track employee engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or related field
• A Master's degree is considered an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or related field

• Instructional Design

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Training and Development Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of e-learning development tools: Ability to create engaging online learning content.
