Job Description

We are looking for a Dentist to enhance our services in Johannesburg. You will perform a variety of dental procedures, educate patients on oral hygiene, and collaborate with our team to foster a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and dental students.
• Ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained and sterilized.
• Assist in the development of office policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with patients to encourage return visits.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice environment

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Dentistry Software

Soft Skills

• Empathy

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with dental implants: Ability to perform and manage dental implant procedures.
• Fluent in another language: Additional language proficiency to cater to diverse patients.
