Job Description

As a Globe Tester, you'll play a crucial role in the quality assurance of our software products. Your responsibilities will include executing tests, preparing test cases, and collaborating closely with the development team to identify defects and enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance and stress testing for new applications.
• Collaborate with software developers to enhance user experience.
• Contribute to the refinement of testing tools and methods.
• Mentor junior testers on best practices and testing techniques.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden bugs.
• Test APIs and web services for functionality and performance.
• Review requirement documents to ensure testability.
• Participate in design reviews to provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
• Document bugs and track them in a defect management tool.
• Assist in planning release stages and timelines.

Requirements

Experience

• Experience with mobile application testing and performance testing tools.

Technical Skills

• Test Automation
• Continuous Integration Tools

• Experience in Usability Testing: Knowledge of methodologies to assess user experience and application usability.
• Familiarity with Performance Testing Tools: Experience with LoadRunner or similar tools for performance testing.
