The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, dispensing medications, and providing comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Conduct medication therapy management consultations.
• Support pharmacy team in achieving performance objectives.
• Address patient inquiries regarding medications and health products.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
• Advise on medication storage and handling practices.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience preferred
