Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with South African tax laws. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate their tax obligations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough review and analysis of client's financial data.
• Assist in the development of tax policies and procedures.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely filing of tax returns.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Act as a liaison between clients and tax authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Taxation or CPA qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax advisory or consultancy
