In this role, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and testing new aerospace systems and technologies. Responsibilities

• Engage in design reviews to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Develop testing protocols for new products.
• Analyze data from tests and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with production teams to streamline processes.
• Mentor junior engineering staff in best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on engineering issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of related experience in aerospace projects
