Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist and Information Clerk to manage front desk activities and assist with scheduling. You will ensure efficient operations and enhance client relations through excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff and management.
  • Assist with inventory management of office supplies.
  • Support the HR department with scheduling interviews.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and organizational staff.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
