Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at HR Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance job postings.
  • Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide feedback to applicants throughout the selection process.

  • Set and meet personal and team recruitment targets.
