Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and implement learning strategies that promote a culture of continuous learning and support employee engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the learning budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver high impact.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
  • Evaluate and report on training effectiveness, adjusting programmes as necessary based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training delivery.
  • Work closely with HR to integrate talent management strategies with learning initiatives.
  • Advocate for employee development at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or development roles
