Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Engage in the full lifecycle of product development from concept through production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for machinery and equipment.
• Review and approve engineering designs and specifications.
• Document engineering processes and decisions for future reference.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Professional registration is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience is preferred

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication
• Creative Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001.
• Experience in project management tools: Proficient in project management software like MS Project or similar.
