Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality molded products. Your role is crucial in ensuring our production process runs smoothly and adheres to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the operation of extrusion and molding processes.
• Monitor production workflow to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Keep detailed reports of machine operations and any discrepancies.
• Quickly respond to any production issues or machinery faults.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in machine molding or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating molding machines.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer literacy

Certifications

• Certification in machine operation (preferable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with robotic or automated molding systems: Familiarity with automation in manufacturing processes is advantageous.
