Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Stock Controller to oversee stock management processes in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely reporting of stock movements. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to optimize our inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock operations and ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock deliveries and order fulfilment.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for stock management.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Liaise with the finance department for accurate stock valuation and reporting.
• Support the implementation of technology initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy.
• Conduct periodic reviews of stock policies and recommend changes as necessary.
• Assist with special projects related to inventory improvement and efficiency.
