Job Description

Join our team as a Ball Warper Tender, where you will operate and maintain ball warping machinery to ensure production meets the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in adjusting machine parameters and monitoring production processes to deliver optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Load and thread warp yarn onto the machine, ensuring proper tension and alignment.
• Make adjustments to machine settings to optimize production.
• Identify and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Assist in routine cleaning and maintenance of the ball warping machine.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate production issues or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document production data, including output quantities and machine downtime.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or training in textile manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating ball warping machinery in a textile manufacturing environment.
