Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This role is pivotal in steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be essential in collaborating with various teams to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Manage risks and devise contingency plans.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure targets are met.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to project teams.
• Assess project resource needs and allocate accordingly.
• Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Change Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
