Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dedicated Ticket Dispenser Changer responsible for the servicing and maintenance of ticket dispensing machines in various locations. The role requires technical expertise and a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all machines operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain ticket dispensing machines in designated areas.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on malfunctioning machines.
• Ensure machines are stocked and operational for customer use.
• Train staff and customers on using ticket machines effectively.
• Document all service calls and repairs accurately.
• Provide feedback to management regarding machine performance and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Work on weekends and after hours when necessary to minimise downtime.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate
• Technical diploma or degree in electronics or electrical engineering preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with ticket dispensing machines.
