We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee hotel operations in Durban. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Direct hotel operations and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Foster a customer-oriented team culture and ensure all staff uphold service values.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and guest complaints efficiently.
• Develop and review budgets, forecasts, and reports to measure success.
• Implement sustainability initiatives in hotel practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

Experience

• 7+ years of management experience in a luxury hotel setting
