Responsibilities

• Implement mechanical design processes for various projects.
• Lead project teams and ensure project timelines are met.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments on engineering projects.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present engineering proposals to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.
• Foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in project management is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in the engineering field
