Job Description

We are looking for an Investment Banker with a proven track record in corporate finance and investment analysis. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and advising on investment opportunities in the South African market.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth market research and analysis.
• Lead efforts in negotiation and execution of deals.
• Assist clients in identifying investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and financial outlooks for clients.
• Work closely with other financial institutions to facilitate transactions.
• Attend client meetings to discuss strategies and outcomes.
• Support the preparation of materials for pitch presentations.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on documentation.
• Enhance client engagement through proactive communication.
• Participate in networking events to expand firm's visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
