Job Description

A Dead Mail Checker is responsible for ensuring that all undelivered emails are processed and resolved in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process all returned mail
• Identify and update correct recipient or sender information
• Attempt to deliver mail again
• Investigate and resolve any recurring issues with failed deliveries
• Recommend solutions to improve processes and reduce undeliverable items

Advantageous

• Experience with email marketing tools: Familiarity with platforms like MailChimp for email campaigns.
• Customer service experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
