The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing chemical processes, conducting experiments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You'll play a key role in developing innovative solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to process optimization and innovation.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure quality raw materials.
• Review and update safety protocols and training for staff.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in their development.
• Report performance metrics to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering
