Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Setter who will ensure the precise preparation of pickling solutions according to established guidelines, contributing to our high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the mix of chemicals for various applications.
• Ensure that machinery operates efficiently and safely during production.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document and report any discrepancies in production outputs.
• Assist in training new operators and team members.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Prior experience in pickling solution manufacturing or a similar chemical production role is advantageous.
