Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. The role involves providing expert technical support and administrative assistance to our clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting in the installation of new systems, and ensuring a seamless IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostics and repairs for hardware/software problems.
• Keep the IT knowledge base updated with troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies.
• Assist in the coordination of IT projects.
• Prepare reports on IT system performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
