Field Contact Technician

Job Description

As a Field Contact Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment for residential and small business clients. Your exceptional communication skills and technical know-how will be pivotal as you troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations of telecommunications equipment and conduct troubleshooting on-site.
• Ensure service quality by following operational protocols and safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and solutions provided.
• Work directly with clients to ensure their issues are resolved promptly.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians on best practices and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in IT or relevant field is preferable

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications.

Languages

• English: Fluent
