We are on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion in the dynamic environment of Johannesburg. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to coordinate teams and resources. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring projects align with business objectives while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope and deliverables with teams.
• Develop project charters and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Track project performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in leading project teams
