• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on technology best practices.
• Participate in IT projects as required, contributing technical expertise.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, implementing necessary upgrades.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and software licenses.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
