Job Description

We are seeking a motivated First-Line Supervisor to lead our team of passenger attendants in delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring staff are well-trained and motivated to provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Architect effective network systems and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead network design projects to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate new networking technologies and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Work closely with clients to assess their networking needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular network performance evaluations and implement optimization strategies.
  • Lead the effort in troubleshooting complex issues across network infrastructures.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project milestones.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure all network solutions adhere to security protocols.
  • Support the development of training programs for IT staff on network infrastructure management.
  • Review and update network documentation to maintain accurate records of configurations and changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level network solutions
